MPro

Organiser l’inauguration de la nouvelle agence MPro située en plein coeur du nouveau Village de la Construction du Port de Bruxelles, c’était faire le pari de changer en un temps record un entrepôt en lieu de réception totalement inédit. Alors que le lieu était encore utilisé deux jours plus tôt comme stock pour le drive-in de la nouvelle agence, nous avons avec l’aide de toute l’équipe de MPro, vidé le lieu avant de le réaménager intégralement.

A l’image de nombreux projets dans lesquels nous nous investissons, c’est donc un travail main dans la main avec le client qui a permis de relever ce défi.

Travail autour des matériaux disponibles sur place dans le respect de thèmes imposés, animations organisées en partenariat avec l’école de cirque de Bruxelles, tournage d’un teaser ainsi que d’un after-movie, création de l’artwork, gestion des invitations et des inscriptions, catering, animations musicales, logistique sur place, coordination des fournisseurs, etc.

Cette année, à l’occasion du passage du Tour de France 2019 à Bruxelles, Swim a à nouveau été mandaté pour organiser une réception à l’agence MPro.

Organising the inauguration of the new MPro agency located in the heart of the new Construction Village in the Port of Brussels meant taking on the challenge of transforming a warehouse into a totally new reception area in record time. While the place was still being used two days earlier as a stockroom for the new agency’s drive-in, with the help of the entire MPro team, we emptied the place before completely refitting it.

As with many of the projects in which we are involved, it was a hand in hand work with the client that allowed us to meet this challenge.

We worked with the materials available on site in accordance with imposed themes, organised activities in partnership with the Brussels circus school, shot a teaser and an after-movie, created the artwork, managed invitations and registrations, catering, musical activities, on-site logistics, coordinated suppliers, etc.

This year, on the occasion of the Tour de France 2019 in Brussels, Swim was again commissioned to organise a reception at the MPro agency.
